We're a family run business made up of energy assessors, based in South Wales, but with reach across the UK. We've helped hundreds of landlords and homeowners like you get grants on their properties which saves money on energy bills, keeps you warm and adds value to your homes - and better still...this helps to fight fuel poverty, and no one wants that!

This is a FREE NO OBLIGATION service (so no pressure) and its not just reliant on benefits.
How is it free?
Through a scheme called ECO (Energy Company Obligation Scheme) energy companies are required by the government to help homeowners with energy efficient measures, so that they meet their carbon targets and tackle fuel poverty.
if you qualify there are two routes to funding:
💚 If you're on benefits, credits or allowances - you'll go through go through the HHCRO route (Home heating cost reduction obligation ) this is the quickest funding process for homeowners and can be completed in a few weeks.
💚Not on benefits? depending on your area, you'll go through through Flexible Eligibility (Also known as LA FLEX) which let's your local council widen the criteria - we'll explain this all to you.

✨Your grant journey:
💚Step 1 - This is where you are now - looking into the grants.
💚Step 2 - One of our team will give you a call to explain all about the grants, and if you're happy with everything we'll book a survey with our energy surveyor at a suitable date and time. This is a free no obligation appointment.
💚Step 3 - After the survey takes place, and everything is ready the work will begin - we only use PAS 2035 installers approved to carry out the grants.
It's really that simple!
Remember, you're under no obligation to have any work done at any point, you're just looking into the grant.
