The proposition
The design and coordination service does not depend on ECO Connect carrying out the installation.
Clients can commission the survey, design and coordination independently and take the completed scope to their own procurement route. Where a managed solution is preferred, ECO Connect can identify and coordinate appropriate installers while retaining one clear line of programme control.

Control risks, responsibilities, evidence, design changes, quality expectations and handover throughout the project.
Managed installer network
Where requested, match the scope with suitable PAS 2030-certified installers and MCS-certified contractors for relevant low-carbon technologies.
Two delivery routes
Keep the professional work independent—or place the programme under one team.
For domestic energy-efficiency work, PAS 2035 defines the retrofit process while PAS 2030 applies to the installation of energy-efficiency measures. MCS certification applies to relevant technologies such as heat pumps and solar PV. Installer certifications remain with the appointed delivery businesses and are checked against the proposed measure.
