ECO Connect helps homeowners, businesses, community organisations and property clients identify suitable funding routes, assemble the required building evidence and complete stronger grant applications.
The proposition
Grant applications work best when the proposal, evidence and costs tell one consistent story.
We can review eligibility, identify the information required, coordinate surveys and quotations, prepare technical supporting material and assist with the application itself. Funding is never guaranteed and every route remains subject to its live rules, budget and application window.

Availability differs by nation, location, applicant and building. ECO Connect checks the current position before recommending an application.
Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS)
Current grants include £7,500 for air-source or ground-source heat pumps, £5,000 for biomass boilers and £2,500 for air-to-air heat pumps. An additional £1,500 may apply to qualifying off-gas oil or LPG properties until March 2027. The scheme covers eligible homes and business buildings in England and Wales.
Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest
Advice and potential free energy-efficiency improvements for eligible homes in Wales, including insulation, heat pumps and solar panels.
ECO4 and local-authority routes
Support for eligible low-income, fuel-poor and vulnerable households. ECO4 currently runs to 31 December 2026 and remains subject to supplier and eligibility rules.
Business and regeneration grants
Local-authority, town-centre, property-improvement and decarbonisation programmes for eligible commercial premises when funding windows open.
Community and public-sector funding
Support for community buildings, charities, councils, schools and other public bodies, including relevant decarbonisation and low-carbon skills programmes.
Green finance and tax support
Where no grant fits, we can identify relevant green-business finance and applicable energy-saving tax reliefs, clearly distinguished from grant funding.

ECO Connect has supported grant-related property and improvement work including the Glamorgan Hotel programme and a variety of funding applications for Ystradgynlais Community Centre. These can be developed into formal case studies once the appropriate permissions and final outcomes are available.
